Administration and Mailing

This has now become one of our main areas of business.  More and more of our clients are requesting the out-sourcing of general administrative tasks.

These include:

  • mailing of initial thank you letters
  • additional on-going support mail such as twice-yearly news letters
  • database changes, i.e. change of address, no mailing, gone away etc
  • mailing to lapsed donors for re-recruitment
  • specialised reports that are requested for individual charity purposes
