Standing Order

With the introduction of Door-to-Door campaigns we have bespoke software to incorporate the monitoring of these donors. Despite numerous benefits, the significant increase of recruitment levels has meant that once again charities have encountered problems with tracking and management of new donors.

The system works in almost exactly the same way as payroll giving in that a database is created and bank statements are matched against each donor record to create payment history and associated reports.

The management of standing order donors includes the administration as well as the general tracking and monitoring of the donors, namely:

• inputting of new donors
• sending out bank mandates/support mail
