Payroll Giving

Many charities find it impossible to track payroll giving donors effectively, due to lack of manpower and the intensive resources required.  Providing support and expertise, we can help to ensure the success of Payroll Giving programmes.

• a full clean audited database of payroll giving donors, including those who are lapsed or are dormant donors;
• credit lists for Professional Fundraising Organisations where donations have never materialised.  This is essential in order to effect refunds within the time limit stipulated by the IOF.
• individual donation histories;
• an extensive range of data reports such as contribution yields by employer, pfo, and individual payroll agency monetory breakdown;

Generally, new contracts involve an initial clean up and a three-month trial period, during which we can establish the status of your donors and enable you to review the benefits of the on-going process.  In nearly every case, charities continue with our monthly service at the end of the trial period.
